SERVICES
Three services, each
at a stated fixed fee
Focused on what families actually need: a clear written record of their assets, an honest assessment of where matters stand, or thorough administration of an estate.
Back to HomeOur approach
Each service begins with a conversation, moves through a period of document review and preparation, and concludes with a written report or record that belongs to the client. The pace is set by the family, not by the firm's schedule. There is no pressure to proceed from one service to another — each stands as a complete piece of work in its own right.
All work is reviewed by a senior practitioner before being released. Engagement letters are issued before any work begins, confirming the scope and the fee in writing.
SERVICE 01
Asset Inventory Documentation
฿4,200 THB — fixed fee
A patient service for clients who would like a calm written inventory of their property and possessions, prepared as a working document for the family's long-term reference. The work covers a structured conversation about household, financial, and personal assets, a written record of each item with its current standing, and a short note describing the documents available to support the record.
The inventory is the client's working file and may be revised at any later date. It is designed to support clarity in the family rather than to commit the client to any single arrangement.

- Notes on supporting documents held or needed
- Organised in a format easy to read and return to
- No commitment to any further arrangement required

- 02Engagement letter issued and signed
- 03Structured conversation session (in person or by video)
- 04Draft inventory prepared and reviewed
- 05Final inventory delivered to client
SERVICE 02
Property Succession Review
฿11,500 THB — fixed fee
A focused service for clients who would like a clear written review of how their property holdings would be passed under the current succession framework. The work covers a calm reading of any existing wills or arrangements, identification of how each property would currently move on the client's passing, and a short written report describing the present picture in plain language.
The report may be used as a basis for any later conversation with family members, or simply kept on file as a record of where matters stand at the time of the review.
What the service covers
- Review of existing wills and related documents
- Assessment of each property's succession position
- Plain-language written report of findings
- Identification of any gaps or areas for consideration
- Completed within 10–14 working days of document receipt

Standards across all services
Data security
All personal and financial information shared with us is held in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and is not disclosed to third parties beyond what the work requires.
Written engagement
Every matter begins with a written engagement letter. Scope and fee are confirmed in writing before any work commences. No verbal commitments without a written record.
Senior review
All reports and documents produced are reviewed by a senior practitioner before delivery. Clients receive work that has been checked for accuracy and completeness.
Professional regulation
Practitioners are registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand and are subject to its professional conduct rules, including obligations of competence and confidentiality.
Communication standard
Written enquiries receive a substantive response within two working days. In administration matters, progress notes are issued at each meaningful step without the client needing to request them.
No pressure
Matters may be paused at the client's request without penalty. Work is conducted at the pace the family finds appropriate, and no urgency is created where none genuinely exists.
A brief initial conversation costs nothing
We are happy to discuss which service, if any, would be relevant to your situation before any engagement is agreed. Please use the form on the homepage, or call us directly.
